He completed his MD PSYCHIATRY from NIMHANS (Bangalore), a central institute for Treating Neurological-psychiatric disorders and Neuroscience research. Completed his FIDM from ROYAL LIVERPOOL SOCIETY, UK ( Local body : Apollo hospital). He has 7 years of clinical experience in the field of Psychiatry. Expertise in the treatment of all major psychiatric illnesses, Addictive disorders, Geriatric disorders & Dementia. Special therapies: Ketamine therapy for resistant depression & OCD, Electro-convulsive therapy for severe psychiatric illness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Cognitive assessments & Retraining for post stroke / post brain trauma patients, Couple therapy & Parent Management Training.

Research works & teaching : Has national level publications and had written book chapters under MOHFW. He has presented many Posters/Papers at national and international conferences. Has done more than 150 academic and community level presentations in the last 2 years.
