• I am trained in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and cognitive analytical therapy (CAT) and I use these principles in my assessment and management of patients.

• I am competent in assessing and managing psychiatric conditions including psychotic disorders, mood disorders(depression, bipolar disorder) anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, medically unexplained symptoms, cognitive disorders(delirium, dementia), psychosexual disorders, alcohol and substance abuse disorders and neuropsychiatric disorders (ex Huntington’s disease, post head- injury squeal)
• I am also competent in assessing and managing childhood mental health problems including ADHD, autistic disorders and learning disability.
