The fat is usually removed via a cannula (a hollow tube) and aspirator (a suction device). Fat cells are thought not to be regenerated in adult life. Rhinoplasty or Nose Reshaping is a common cosmetic surgery procedure to reshape the nose to improve facial appearance. A broad nose, nose with hump, depressed nose, deformed nose etc can be corrected to suit the facial profile. The scar is not externally visible. If you have difficulty breathing through your nose, it may be possible to improve this at the same time.
