• Served as faculty in NACO training programme for Medical officers, Staff nurses and Blood bank Technicians and Counsellors in JIPMER.
• Involved in the Program for Education in Transfusion Safety for Nursing Staff.
• Actively involved in creating awareness and recuritment of Voluntary Blood Donors both for whole blood and plateletpheresis and granulocytapheresis.

Normal procedures done:

• Performed and assisted approximately 100 Hematopoietic Stem cell harvest procedures.
• Apheresis: plateletpheresis for donors, therapeutic plasma exchange, therapeutic leukapheresis, erythracytapheresis, therapeutic thrombocytapheresis.
• Trained in hematopoetic stem cell harvest administration and cryopreservation and blood component therapy.
• Preparation of PRP gel for chronic non- healing ulcers and diabetic wounds.
• Preparation of PRP for ophthalmology and orthopedic procedures.
