 Brief profile:

• Managed over 500 diverse renal transplants during postgraduate training, gaining extensive experience in various aspects of transplant procedures.
• As a consultant, successfully performed 125 transplants as a consultant, across various hospitals since September 2021.
• Introduced the use of the Hypothermic Perfusion Machine (HOPE) for cadaver transplants at Apollo Specialty Hospital, for the first time in Central and South Tamil Nadu.
• Achieved the first successful HBV positive to HBV negative recipient renal transplant at Kauvery Hospital.
• Conducted the first successful HIV recipient renal transplant at Kauvery Hospital, a pioneering procedure in Central, South and Western Tamil Nadu.
