A 32 year old male patient came with C/o swelling in the antero-lateral side of left leg, which appeared on standing, dorsiflexion and disappeared on lying down.
H/o trauma at the swelling site 1.5 years back.
A skin coloured swelling appears on standing and dorsiflexing ankle. The swelling pops up and down while flexing the toes.

Mrs. Kothai 66yrs old female diagnosed as a case of metastatic lung carcinoma. History of bilateral lower limb swelling for past 3 months. History of blackish discolouration of face, hands and feet. She was referred for plain X-ray.
A physical examination revealed fluid collection around ankle and knee joint there was also discomfort
Pulmonary hamartomas are the most common benign tumors of the lung, accounting for 75% of all the benign tumors and 8% of all the pulmonary neoplasms. Pulmonary hamartomas present as asymptomatic nodules, found incidentally on routine radiographs and CT scans.
A 56-year-old lady came to OPD for her master health checkup and incidentally discovered a solitary pulmonary nodule on chest XRAY. She was asymptomatic during her examination.
Elderly male patient came with non-specific C/o lower abdominal pain and left sided chest pain radiating to back.
H/o CABG done on 2006. Known case of Alkaptonuria ECHO done on 10.12.2022: revealed calcified aortic valve; Severe aortic stenosis

37 year male presented with complaints of bilateral gluteal pain for 1 week associated with fever. No history of trauma.
History of difficulty in passing urine, perianal pain on straining at stools (+). History of fecal incontinence and abdominal distension (+). Past history of surgery for imperforate anus and appendicectomy. On examination ,Patient afebrile ,PR – 110/min, BP – 140/90mmHg P/R – tender from 7 to 9’o’ clock position ; deformed anus, very poor anal tone.
