There is a well-defined heterodense lesion of size 9.5 x 11.8 cms seen in the left suprarenal location with loss of fat planes with the upper pole of the left kidney and pushing the stomach and tail of pancreas anteriorly. Left adrenal is not visualized separately.

Few sub-centimetric hilar and para-aortic nodes noted on the left largest measuring 6 mm in short axis diameter.

There is a well-defined heterogenously enhancing lesion with internal cystic areas/necrosis measuring  9.5 x 11.8 cms seen in the left suprarenal location with loss of fat planes with the upper pole of the left kidney and pushing the stomach and tail of pancreas anteriorly.

The lesion is supplied predominantly from left suprerenal artery.

The left renal vein is displaced infero-medially.  The lesion partially encases the left renal artery.

A heterogeneous mass is seen that is of high signal on T2 sequences. Areas of hemorrhage may result in a variable signal intensity dependent on the age of the haemorrhage.

Left mild pleural effusion with subsegmental round atelectasis of the left lower lobe.
