Case Presentation

A 50-year-old female presented with acute SAH. CT cerebral angio showed a saccular aneurysm from right ACA (A1-A2) Junction. DSA shows an aneurysm.

Management

A simple coiling was done. The coil mass sat well within the aneurysm, initially, we planned for a stent or balloon-assisted coiling considering the wide neck of aneurysm but ended up with simple coiling.
