Case Presentation

A patient with an active delayed hemorrhage on the 12th day of D and C (Dilation and Curettage).

The reason is unclear. This could be iatrogenic because we see cases of AVM (Arteriovenous malformations) secondary to such procedures, or could be a natural course of disease. Some vascular injury happened while the sac came out.

In our case, we noticed an active leak near the fundus before the procedure, after that embolization was done with PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) particles so the complete occlusion was obtained.
