“We are happy with the overall service provided. Everybody is courteous. SICU ward was clean. All staffs followed the rules strictly which is very much needed to manage the crowd and control the commotion. I noticed even security overseeing the visitors entry and exit to ICU were empathetic and considerate with family members. They do understand the emotions of loved ones.”
