Garlic Yogurt Dip
A tasty dip that is also healthy and light, this garlic yogurt dip uses very few ingredients and is super easy to make! It is perfect for enjoying with veggies, fries or even as a sandwich spread.
Ingredients:
- Fresh curds – 1 cup
- Peeled garlic cloves – 5
- Lime juice – 2 tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- To make the dip, we need hung curd – that is nothing but Greek yogurt also known as strained yogurt. (Draining curd with the help of a muslin cloth will give us hung curd.)
- In a mixer grinder, combine the hung curd, garlic (minced or grated), freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper powder.
- Blend and transfer to a bowl.
- Your dip is now ready!
- It can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days and used whenever needed.
