Case Presentation

Case 1

A 14-year-old boy, with an alleged history of skid and fall while playing. He was diagnosed to have closed Bi malleolar fracture right ankle. He underwent ORIF with Right fibula/Right tibial screw fixation. Post operative period was uneventful. After wound dressing, cast was applied and discharged.

Case 2

A 50-years-old gentleman sustained with multiple injuries (spine cord) following an RTA. He was diagnosed to have Fracture-D7, D12 vertebra, Fracture-L1 vertebra, Fracture left inferior pubic rami, Head injury (+) without neurological damage. He improved symptomatically, hence patient was discharged.
