The journey of organizing this workshop was not without its hurdles. Securing approval from the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC) required meticulous planning, alignment with professional standards, and a clear demonstration of its impact on clinical excellence. The approval process reaffirmed the hospital’s commitment to continuous nursing education (CNE) and professional development.
