One of Jeril’s notable achievements was presenting a project at a state-level competition in Sai Ram college of engineering and presented a project about AIDET tool (A communication tool) she and her team were selected to compete at the national level that was held at Gwalior and won the ‘’par excellence award,’’ a testament to hard work and dedication.

Currently, Jeril works as a staff nurse, her experience and passion for nursing make her an invaluable asset to his organization.

With no expectations of winning, Jeril traveled to Delhi, grateful for the opportunity to network with peers and learn from industry experts. However, fate had other plans. As the winners were announced, Jeril’s name was called out first, leaving her completely astonished and overwhelmed with emotion.

Frozen in disbelief, Jeril struggled to process the news. The recognition she received was a testament to her hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence in health-care.
