Background

One year back in January 2024, a 34 year aged female patient came with a complaint of chest pain and palpitation. On further investigation, she was diagnosed with Anterior Wall MI and advised primary PCI for further management. Due to the high-risk nature patient was taken up for complex PCI under IABP support.

Patient successfully underwent Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) with stenting to LMCA and was discharged in a stable condition.

Outcome

After 12 months in December 2024, the patient came for a review, on that time we found no post-procedural complications and she is hemodynamically stable with optimal medical treatment.
