Dr. G. Sangeetha

Dr G. Sangeetha is a highly accomplished paediatrician and paediatric nephrologist with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing various childhood kidney diseases. She completed her MBBS from Govt. Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College, Salem, pursued her MD in Paediatrics at Stanley Medical College, Chennai. Following her paediatric training, Dr Sangeetha specialized in Paediatric Nephrology, completing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Mehta Children’s Hospital, Chennai, under the guidance of India’s renowned paediatric nephrologists, Dr. B.R. Nammalwar and Dr. M. Vijayakumar (late).

Dr Sangeetha served as a Paediatrics and Paediatric Nephrology Consultant at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, from 2016 to 2024. She is deeply passionate about advancing paediatric nephrology and paediatrics, regularly participating in public awareness programs, workshops, and CMEs to educate both healthcare professionals and the general public about childhood diseases.

With a focus on research and advancements in her field, Dr Sangeetha has authored several national and international publications, contributing significantly to the scientific community.

She is also recognized for her compassionate approach to patient care, combining professional expertise with a deep sense of empathy. Dr Sangeetha is committed to providing the best possible treatment plans for her young patients, prioritizing their overall well-being while keeping the children’s and their parent’s concerns in mind.
