Ladoo is a simple, healthy Indian sweet. The above recipe makes use of peanuts, jaggery and chia seeds. Peanuts are a good source of folic acid, protein, healthy fats, vitamin E, etc. They are a rich source of fibre as well. Jaggery contains minerals like potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron.
