Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
These four-ingredient peanut butter cookies, along with being sugar-free, are also egg-free and gluten-free and make a delicious melt-in-the-mouth treat. These deliciously soft, thick, and chewy cookies are loaded with flavour.
If you love peanut butter cookies but are not a baker or don’t like to spend hours baking, this easy cookie recipe is just perfect for you.
Ingredients
- Peanut butter – 3/4th cup
- Cocoa powder – 1/4th cup
- Mashed bananas – 1 cup (2 medium-sized)
- Oats – 1/2 cup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a large cookie tray with parchment paper.
- Oil the paper with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Chill the dough for 20 minutes.
- Divide the cookie dough into smaller balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Leave a thumb space between each cookie as they will expand slightly in the oven.
- Use the back of a fork to press down the top of the cookie dough balls.
- Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown on the sides.
- They should be soft when warm. They firm up as they cool down.
