Cystic Neoplasms of Pancreas
Pancreatic cysts are pools of water or mucus that appear on the pancreas. Most pancreatic cysts are benign and do not pose any problems or symptoms. But sometimes pancreatic cysts can grow as a result of pancreatitis and some have the potential to develop into a pancreatic cancer.

Pancreatic cysts often do not show any symptoms and are only discovered when the patient undergoes a CT/MRI scan for any other purpose. But cysts could cause symptoms depending on their location and size. Some of those symptoms might include
- Persistent abdominal pain
- Nausea and vomiting
- Weight loss
- Jaundice
- Surveillance and monitoring of the cyst
- Minimally invasive surgery
- Drainage through endoscopic ultrasound
