Background

Kauvery Hospital successfully concluded its 6th QOK Competition in April 2024. Inspired by our Managing Director’s vision of continuous improvement and growth, QOK – an acronym for Quality Circle, One-Point Lesson (OPL), and Kaizen – fosters a culture of excellence among Kauverians through friendly competition.

The two-day competition, held from April 25th to 30th (afternoon sessions), featured three categories – Quality Circle, One-Point Lesson, and Kaizen – with separate divisions for clinical and supportive functions.

In this year’s QOK Competition KVP & KRR participated for the very first time and ended up winning the 2nd Runner-up in Kaizen Clinical & Supportive Competition

Department Wise Participation Details

In analyzing the department’s participants’ details Nursing showed excellence in participation in the Clinical area, whereas with the Supportive functions Operations & Pharmacy departments showed the presence of higher participation.
