Nursing Excellence Award
Kauvery Hospital, Tennur recently won the Nursing excellence certification from NABH. National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH), is a constituent board of Quality Council of India, set up to establish and operate accreditation programme for healthcare organisations.
The standards provide framework for quality of care for patients and quality improvement for nursing services. It also ensures clinical competency and to develop a structure and process that support the culture of patient safety. Nursing Excellence accreditation was initiated and achieved by strenuous effort of Kauvery Hospital, Tennur.
Kauvery Hospital, Tennur is the first hospital to receive the NABH excellence certification in Tamilnadu, apart from the hospitals of Chennai. All units across Kauvery Hospital, will soon be implemented with NABH Nursing excellence certification.
