• • Working as Assistant Professor in St.Peters Medical College and Research Institute- taking care of Central laboratory and Blood bank.
  • Working as Lab Director and Authorized signatory in Global Calcium Diagnostic services- Worked towards and successfully achieved NABL accreditation and ICMR approval for Covid Testing.
  • Worked as Consultant Pathologist and Blood Bank medical officer in ASTER RV HOSPITAL, a 250 bedded tertiary care hospital. Joined before the launch of the hospital and successfully completed lab infrastructure, equipment installation and validation, hiring lab team, documentation and SOPs for the lab and blood bank towards NABH and NABL accreditation.

Authorized signatory for Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Pap smears and Cytology and Routine histopathology.

• Job responsibility also includes smooth functioning and operations including stock and inventory, maintaining quality indicators and regular coordination with clinicians for clinical correlation and improvement in lab scope.
• Worked as Pathologist/ Technical Manager in P.D.Hinduja Sindhi Hospital, SampangiRamanagar, Near Richmond Circle, Bangalore. (1 year).
• P.D.Hinduja Sindhi Hospital Lab is a NABL accredited lab.

• Handling hematology, clinical pathology, cytology and histopathology, following NABL protocols such as daily quality controls, External quality assurance program (AIIMS, New Delhi and CMC, vellore), Inter Laboratory quality assurance program, scheduled training programs for technicians, improving quality indicators of laboratory etc.,
• Worked for sustaining NABL accreditation and successfully achieved renewal for NABL accreditation in the NABL reassessment Audit, conducted in December, 2013.
• RCL Diagnostics is state of the heart referral laboratory with sample load of approximately 150 patients per day.
• RCL is a referral laboratory with various disciplines like hematology, clinical biochemistry, clinical pathology, cytology, histopathology, serology and immunochemistry.
• RCL is in the process of applying for NABL accreditation. Successfully completed documentation for NABL purposes.
