Diagnosis: Doughnut cells in anaplastic large cell lymphoma.

Diagnosis: Signet ring cells infiltrating a bone marrow aspirate indicating metastatic adenocarcinoma.

Diagnosis: Binucleate lymphoplasmacytoid cell and Rouleaux formation in a patient with Waldenstorm macroglobulinemi.

Diagnosis: Peripheral smear with Leucoerythroblastic blood picture showing nucleated red cells, granulocytic precursor and dacryocytes suggestive of an infilatrative bone marrow pathology or Myelofibrosis.

Diagnosis: Binucleate plasma cell in peripheral blood. These cells are not usually seen in PB. Their presence strongly suggests a plasma cell Leukemia (Absolute count more than 20K/cu.mm or plasma cell differential more than 20% constitutes a diagnosis of PCL)
