Trichy Orthopedic Update Knee-II
Meeting and Surgical Skill Workshop titled, “Trichy Orthopedic Update Knee-II” , was conducted on 7th & 8th of January 2017 in Trichy, a sequel to the Workshop conducted on 4th January 2015. Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University has accredited the CME, rendering certificates with credit points to all the participants.
Dr.S Chokalingam, Senior Consultant, Orthopedics, Kauvery Medical Centre and Hospital, was the Course Chairman of this event and was the architect of this program, rendering his expertise to educate on knee problems and demonstrate various techniques of knee surgery. Case based interactive discussions and live demonstrations were organized to gain hands-on experience.
Around 100 delegates had participated in the Workshop encompassing various Surgeons across Tamil Nadu. The Program paved a platform for the Orthopedic Surgeons to develop skills and share their knowledge which would eventually benefit the patients.
