• Currently I am working as 2nd lead consultant cardiothoracicTransplant anaesthesia and critical care.i have 10+  year post MD experience in Cardiothoracic anaesthesia and critical care .I am a Board certified cardiac anaesthetist  with vast experience in managing Pediatric and adult Cardiac surgery and performing trans esophageal  echocardiography. Vast experience of managing complex paediatric congenital cardiac Surgery,CABG,arch  surgery, valve surgery.
• I have Experience of Managing more than 300 heart and lung transplant,25 LVAD,BIVAD,100+ ECMO .I have  Vast experience of managing paediatric and adult Heart failure patient ,End stage lung disease patients In cardiac  thoracic and Transplant ICU.
• I have been involved in preparing protocols about heart and lung transplant, VAD,ECMO, marginal donar  management and optimisation and immunosuppressant protocols according to our Indian experience.
• I have been involved as a core member in setting up Most Successful heart and lung transplantation program ,LVAD  Program ,ECMO Program in Chennai,bangalore,Mumbai and hyderabad.
• Experience of Observership at Toronto General Hospital,Canada for heart and lung transplant, VAD ,Exvivo lung  perfusion (EVLP)and TAVI management.
