The benefits of exercise are not limited to controlling diabetes alone.
With these host of benefits on offer, it is in our best interests to set aside some time every day to exercise.
A minimum workout duration of 30 minutes is advised. This duration can be stretched up to 2-2 ½ hours for those who would like to exercise longer.
