A cricket tournament to raise awareness on breast cancer

About the event

Breast Cancer, the most common cancer affects women as young as 22 years of age. It accounts to about 25% of the total cancers among women. October also known as ‘Pinktober’, which is breast cancer awareness month is observed across the globe to raise awareness on early detection, prevention and treatments for breast cancer. This year, let us aim on improving the awareness on early detection and screenings.

The corporate cricket tournament that celebrates the love for cricket and sportsmanship will raise awareness about breast cancer, the advanced treatment options and prevention. This will also celebrate an active lifestyle and the need to stay fit in order to combat the diseases.

The tournament will also aid the members of the corporate to network under one roof. The league format matches will span across 4 days in Chennai- 13th to 16th October 2022. The members will be playing for a cause, while they play their innings at the most respected and admired stadium M.A Chidambaram Stadium.
