Brief Profile:
Dr. Gautham Krishnamurthy, Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist and GI oncologist, has over 12 years of surgical experience. He was elected as a member of the Royal College of Edinburgh in 2014. His research areas are chronic pancreatitis, surgical nutrition, difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic hernia surgeries.
He has more than 30 publications in national and international journals and has authored 3 book chapters. His current interest is in minimal invasive cancer surgery (laparoscopy and robotic). He is an Executive Committee Member (South Zone) of International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA)-Indian Chapter.
